First and foremost...
You become what you eat. I know that sounds ridiculous but nothing could be more true. Whatever you decide to put into your body, our body then decides if it can use what you have given it to either help you or hurt you. Our number two reason for eating, after creating fuel for our body, is to either enhance or harm our immune system. Once you choose to help your immune system by choosing the right foods, your body will return the favor by rewarding you with good health. If you choose the latter and eat unhealthy foods, over time your body will return the sentiment by aggravating you with all sorts of illness.
Take out a non-monetary insurance policy on your health.
Each fresh vegetable you eat or piece of fish or whole grain you consume adds to your good health and your life. “Let medicine by the food and food by thy medicine” - Hippocrates
Move your body...
Each and every day. You have 16 hours or so of inactivity so the least you can do is let your body do what it was meant to do and move those muscles and joints around for about 1 hour a day. Push yourself to the edge and then....relax. You will enjoy the 16 hours so much more if you put effort into that 1 hour of exercise. If you don’t have time, make time.
Only you can choose if you have time or not and the choice is yours to make.
Your attitude...
dictates your day. If you eat good and move your body suddenly your mind becomes happier.. such a simple plan, attainable by all. Think about what I wrote about life and try to remember those little lessons daily. PLEASE REMEMBER “You get out of life what you put into it”
