EFFORTLESS TIP TO WELLNESS

The word "WELLNESS" has taken over and is not going away anytime soon.  But what exactly is wellness and how do you know if you are doing wellness or almost doing wellness. If you eat kale, have a fitness tracker, or sleep 8 hours are you an example of wellness?
Well....that depends.
If you do these things that are representative of a wellness lifestyle and stil feel negative, anxious, stressed or unmotivated, then probably not.

 WELLNESS IS A STATE OF MIND

You see, wellness is a state of mind where you actually are more often than not....HAPPY, LAUGHING, ACCEPTING, HOPEFUL, CONTENT, PEACEFUL AND LOVING. 

 You can eat kale all day long but if you are not feeling any of these emotions; something is not right. Eventually, negative emotions like stress can structurally change the cells; leading to health issues.  Nothing new here; just bears repeating.

Wellness consists of more than you body's health; you need a healthy mind for everything to fall into place.  The two are inseparable..  Healthy Mind; Healthy Human.

WHAT CAN I DO TO MOVE FORWARD?

FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANTLY,  make the decision to CHOOSE to be happy.  Have you ever met anyone who, no matter what, is always finding fault,  judgments or problems?  It is as if they wake up knowing the day ahead will be full of problems... and usually they are right.  They don't even know they are doing this.  We must make a conscious decision to be happy.  As the saying kinda goes " There is both difficulty and suffering; difficult situations are not a choice, but suffering is"    CHOOSE NOT TO SUFFER...it is totally unproductive. Just bear the difficulty and you will see how much faster it goes away if you choose not to suffer from it.  

WHAT YOU FOCUS ON GROWS!

What if I cannot make that choice due to circumstances?

That is fine and understandable.  We all have those days. But..try to focus on whatever joy you do have and magnify it by thinking about the good stuff, over and over and over and over again....and again.  Practice makes perfect here.  What you focus on grows...both the good and the bad

Something to consider and enjoy a happier and healthier life.
